The Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell (BJMC) is a national labour and trade union organization founded on the principles of Integral Humanism, Antyodaya, and Sarvodaya, inspired by the ideology of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and the vision of a self-reliant and just society.
BJMC works under the broad national framework of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and maintains ideological, social, and organizational relations with allied labour and political entities for the overall welfare and empowerment of workers across India.
Political and National Alliances
Republican Party of India (Athawale) – BJMC is officially allied with the Republican Party of India (Athawale), a constituent of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). This alliance strengthens the collective efforts for social justice, labour dignity, and inclusive national progress.
National Democratic Alliance (NDA) – BJMC supports the national policies and development agenda of the NDA, particularly those focused on the welfare of the working class, economic reforms, and industrial peace.
Federations and Trade Union Affiliations
BJMC maintains close working relationships and formal affiliations with various national-level labour federations operating under the Trade Union Act, 1926, and recognized by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.
