Preamble
The Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell (BJMC) is established with the objective of organizing, educating, and empowering the working class of India, inspired by the principles of Integral Humanism, Nationalism, Social Harmony, and Economic Self-Reliance.
This organization works for the protection of labour rights, promotion of social justice, and development of a strong and self-reliant nation through collective effort and disciplined organization.
Article 1: Name
The name of the organization shall be Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell (BJMC), hereinafter referred to as “the Cell.”
Article 2: Headquarters
The Central Headquarters of the Cell shall be situated in New Delhi, with State, District, and Local units formed in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution.

Each level shall function autonomously within the framework of this Constitution.

Amendments to this Constitution may be made with approval of 2/3rd majority of the Central Executive Committee and ratification by the National Conference.
Article 13: Dissolution
In the event of dissolution, the properties and funds of BJMC shall be transferred to a body with similar aims and objectives, as decided by the Central Committee, and in accordance with the Trade Union Act, 1926.
Article 14: Ideological Foundation
The Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell shall function on the ideological principles of:

Legal Aid & Dispute Resolution: Offering free legal guidance, representation, and settlement support for wage, safety, or service-related issues.
Collective Bargaining: Negotiating wages, pensions, and benefits with employers and government bodies.
Training & Skill Development: Conducting certified vocational training and capacity-building workshops.
Safety Awareness Drives: Promoting safe working practices through awareness camps, health check-ups, and protective gear distribution.
Social Welfare Initiatives: Organising welfare programs for workers’ families — education, health, and insurance support.
BJMC operates through State and District units across India. Each unit works in coordination with the National Executive Body, ensuring uniform standards and effective service delivery.
