Message from the National Chairman

Dr. Biswapriya Roy Choudhury
Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell (BJMC)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

It is with deep respect and heartfelt emotion that I extend my warm greetings to every worker, trade union member, and supporter associated with the Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell (BJMC) — an organisation founded on the noble principles of national service through labour welfare and empowerment.

The strength of our nation lies in the hands of its workers — the farmers who cultivate our land, the labourers who build our infrastructure, the port and transport workers who keep our economy moving, and the industrial workers who transform raw materials into progress. It is these tireless efforts that have shaped the foundation of a New India, and it is our solemn duty to ensure that every worker receives due recognition, respect, and justice.

The Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell is guided by the eternal philosophy of Integral Humanism, envisioned by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Ji. This philosophy teaches us that true development can only be achieved when the individual, society, and nation progress together in harmony — ensuring economic growth balanced with social responsibility and moral integrity. Inspired by the vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas” under the dynamic leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, we are devoted to empowering every worker as a vital partner in nation-building.

Our Cell stands as a bridge between the working community and the government, ensuring that the voices of the labour force reach the highest levels of policy-making. We aim to create an environment where labour is not merely seen as a workforce, but as a nation-building force — deserving of dignity, welfare, and opportunity.

In recent years, the Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell has taken significant strides in strengthening the labour movement across India. Through the establishment of affiliated federations such as the All India Port Trust Workers Federation, All India FCI Workers Federation, All India Food and Drinks Workers Federation, and All India Transport Workers Federation, we are building a network of unity and cooperation that extends across sectors and states.

We are also proud to maintain a constructive alliance with the Republican Party of India (Athawale) and are an integral part of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), aligning our labour-centric objectives with the national mission of inclusive growth and social justice.

Our mission is clear — to promote social security, fair wages, skill development, employment generation, and worker dignity while upholding the ideals of nationalism and self-reliance. BJMC believes that every worker, whether from an organised or unorganised sector, deserves equal rights, safety, and opportunities for advancement.

As we move forward, I urge all our members and leaders to continue working with dedication, honesty, and discipline. Let us spread awareness, organise workshops, and conduct welfare programs that directly benefit workers and their families. Let us stand united to eliminate exploitation, encourage entrepreneurship, and ensure that the working class remains at the forefront of India’s growth story.

Together, let us transform the vision of “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat” into reality — a nation where every worker stands tall with pride, empowered by knowledge, guided by values, and protected by strong social and economic foundations.

In unity, there is strength. In service, there is divinity. And in the hands of our workers lies the destiny of our great nation.

Jai Hind! Jai Majdoor!

Vande Mataram!

With warm regards,

(Dr. Biswapriya Roy Choudhury)
