Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell (BJMC) is committed to protecting the constitutional, statutory, and human rights of workers across India. As a responsible trade union organisation, BJMC provides comprehensive labour legal dispute support to workers from the unorganised, organised, industrial, contractual, and gig sectors, in accordance with Central Labour Laws, State Labour Laws, and the Trade Unions Act, 1926.
